It has been determined that one of the five people who lost their lives in an automobile accident that took place in Goshen was a man named Mathew Penny, who was from Lockland, Ohio. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a collision took place on State Route 28 due to a Chrysler travelling in the eastbound direction and a Subaru travelling in the northbound direction into Pleasant Plain. According to the authorities, it is not known which vehicle was hit.
Three of the four persons who were in the Chrysler and two of the people who were in the Subaru were killed in the collision. Four people are still in critical condition after being involved in the Chrysler accident.
