Maple Heights High School Cleveland, OH, Stabbing: An argument that took place on Tuesday at Maple Heights High School resulted in a student stabbing another student with a box cutter, according to the city Police Chief Todd Hansen.
As stated in the release, the student who was in possession of the box cutter was responsible for cutting the other student on the forehead and the abdomen. Both of the students were taken into custody after the altercation was broken up by security and police personnel.

The student who was equipped with the box cutter also cut his own hand. He was sent to a different hospital for “superficial” injuries, and then he was transferred to the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Detention Centre, where he is currently being held on charges of felonious assault.
According to a news release that was issued on Tuesday, the two pupils started “mutually fighting” in a classroom when one of the students grabbed a box cutter out of his backpack. It took place a few minutes before ten o’clock in the morning. According to the announcement, the two kids “had been fighting with each other in the recent past and had some disagreement in class” on Tuesday. This information was provided by the school.
Additionally, the student was brought to a hospital for further treatment after the Maple Heights firemen treated the cuts at the scene of the incident. The student is said to be in stable condition and has injuries that are not considered to be life-threatening, as stated in the release.
